Our website (Site) and texting service (Texting) and its related products and services are provided subject to your compliance with the Terms and Conditions (Terms) specified below. Your continued use of our Site and Texting will indicate your agreement to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Site. The information contained in our Site is offered solely for your use. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization to use this Site automatically terminates, and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials. TeamHealth also reserves the right to terminate your authorization to use any services at the Site and to delete any one or more of your related accounts immediately and at any time if you breach or threaten to breach any of these Terms.

Use of Software. Your use, installation or downloading of software from this Site (Software) indicates your acceptance of and is subject to the license terms in the Software License Agreement that accompanies or is provided with the Software. Applicable Laws. This Site is administered by TeamHealth from its offices in Knoxville, Tennessee, and this Site and these Terms (including without limitation the validity, construction and performance of duties related to the Terms) will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and more particularly the laws of the State of Tennessee without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. Each party to these Terms and Conditions submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Knoxville, Knox County, Tennessee, for any dispute with TeamHealth or its affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, directors, and content providers.

TeamHealth makes no representation that materials or services at this Site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not use or export or re-export the materials or services at this Site or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation U.S. export laws and regulations. If you choose to access this Site from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws. You agree that any cause of action or claim that you may have relating to this Site must be made or instituted within one year of when the cause of action or claim accrued.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. We regard the use of our registered and unregistered trademarks and service marks in meta tags and/or hidden text as trademark infringement, and treat the use of these terms in page text, meta tags and/or hidden text for purposes of gaining higher rankings from search engines as unfair competition.

User Submissions. Subject to the TeamHealth Privacy Policy (please review our policies on privacy: PRIVACY POLICY), any material, information or other communication you transmit or post to this Site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. TeamHealth will have no obligations with respect to such communications and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from this Site any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene and pornographic or other material that would violate any law, and you further agree to indemnify TeamHealth for any such posting of materials by you in violation of this agreement.

General. TeamHealth may revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting. You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current Terms because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these Terms may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages at this Site.

Use of Texting. When you directly or indirectly opt into the service, your THMCC may send you a SMS message to test or confirm your signup. Contact your THMCC Strategic Account Manager to schedule a test. Otherwise your first text will come from a THMCC Nurse or Patient Coordinator regarding a call to the call center.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" back to the test message you received. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you will be unsubscribed. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. This may take a few business days to be unsubscribed. If you want to join again, reply to the text with START and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP" back to the text. After you send the SMS message "HELP" to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive a message when a Nurse or Patient Coordinator needs to reach out to you.
